Since 1997 Pipiri Palace has been a popular spot for those who love good music, a friendly atmosphere, and quality food. Discover the authenticity of a recently renovated old St Barth house, with its exotic garden located right in the heart of Gustavia, We invite you to enjoy traditional French cuisine: onion soup gratinée, home made foie gras, grilled rack of lamb with garlic sauce, as well as Creole recipes: warm crab cakes, fish colombo cooked in banana leaves… Daily specials are available, and based on the catch of the day, fresh lobsters from the tank and local fresh fish grilled on the barbecue. For those with a sweet tooth, the warm chocolate cake “baked just for you” or the apple Tarte Tatin with salted butter caramel are highly appreciated…

Situé en plein coeur de Gustavia, découvrez l’authenticité d’une vieille case St Barth, récemment rénovée, son jardin exotique et sa cuisine de qualité. Vous dégusterez des plats traditionnels français : soupe à l’oignon gratinée, foie gras maison, carré d’agneau grillé sauce à l’ail ou encore des mets aux saveurs créoles : fraîcheur de langouste, moelleux de boudin Antillais aux pommes confites, Colombo de poisson en feuilles de bananier!

Tous les jours des suggestions vous sont proposées et aussi selon la pèche, langoustes fraîches du vivier et poissons locaux grillés au BBQ. Pour les gourmands, son incontournable moelleux au chocolat cuit « minute » ou sa tarte Tatin avec son caramel au beurre salé.
