Chef Lenzi is assisted by Stefano Gaiofatto, Director of Food & Beverage, who comes from Sereno’s sister property, Il Sereno Lago di Como, where they helped Berton Al Lago restaurant achieve its first Michelin star a year later of its opening.

Le Sereno Al Mare restaurant features an entirely open-air concept, taking advantage of the spectacular surroundings and offering guests a view of the water from almost every angle.

Located on the beach of St. Barth’s coveted Grand Cul de Sac, this is the perfect place to savor sunsets and extraordinary meals.

Le restaurant Le Sereno Al Mare est le cœur de l’hôtel et est dirigé par le chef exécutif Raffaele Lenzi.

Le chef Lenzi est assisté de Stefano Gaiofatto, directeur de l’alimentation et des boissons, qui vient de la propriété sœur de Sereno, Il Sereno Lago di Como, où ils ont aidé le restaurant Berton Al Lago à obtenir sa première étoile Michelin un an plus tard après son ouverture.
