Greg, who initiated the project, designed the décor of the restaurant and adorned the dining room, and chef Clement Laffitte an expert in Japanese cuisine who has worked since the restaurant opened 3 years ago.
Since OREGA opened on December 9, 2015, markets in Tokyo, New York, and Paris have been sending their best ingredients so that the chef can create his house specialties and a cuisine that is surprising, refined, and masterful a source of pleasure for an appreciative clientele.
